WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
We ship using USPS, UPS Ground and UPS 2 Day. If the item you ordered is one of a kind and needs a special ordered box for shipment it may take an extra 1-2 days to fulfill the order, and shipment will begin once the item is fulfilled. Packages typically ship within 5-7 business days.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We do not ship internationally yet, but please email the team if you would like to buy internationally and we will evaluate your order and see if we can accommodate!
WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY DUTIES ON TOP OF MY ORDER?
Monako Davis will not be held responsible for any duties and/or taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will rest with the customer. We suggest that you contact your local customs office if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order is shipped, our team will send you an email with a tracking number, allowing you to locate and monitor the progress of your order. If you do not receive this email, please email us at email@example.com. In order to track the progress of all orders, please visit the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
We are currently only shipping inside of the US.
WHERE IS MONAKO DAVIS PRODUCED?
Monako Davis' vintage and collectable collection consists of found vintage, used, and thrifted items. Our vintage and collectable items range in date of production, material, and level of distress, and are sourced from all over the world. That means that we do not actually produce any pieces for the Vintage and Collectable items. Monako Davis original apparel is produced, and printed in Downtown Los Angeles.
WHAT IF THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS DAMAGED OR FAULTY?
Because every item from our Vintage and Collectables collection is one-of-a-kind it is important that you carefully read the product description before agreeing to purchase. Some pieces may come with holes or stains, or are threadbare. We believe this to be the charm of the piece and part of its history. However, if you have a concern with an item, please contact us upon receipt at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can review the matter.
HOW ARE PRODUCTS SIZED?
We understand it can be difficult to figure out your sizing. Because each piece is unique sizing of items vary a great deal and each item will fit very differently. Please be sure to look at the product measurements before committing to the sale. Because each piece is vintage, the sizing on the tag may not correlate to the product measurements, so do not base your selection based on the size pictured in the original product tag. We will not accept returns based on incorrect sizing. Because the store is still in beta, please email us for exact measurements if they are not posted with the product.
HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN?
Though refunds are not impossible, they are highly unlikely. All Monako Davis items are sold “as-is” due to some of the products being pre-owned, one-of-a-kind condition. Please be careful to read the product description before committing to the sale. If for some reason the product you have received does not meet your expectations, please email email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your item.
CAN I ADD AN ITEM TO MY ORDER AFTER I’VE PLACED IT?
Unfortunately items cannot be added to an existing order. Please place a new order for the item, and if you would like your orders to be shipped together in order to waive additional shipping fees, contact us within 24 hours so that we can alert our warehouse to these changes at firstname.lastname@example.org.
HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Please contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel your order. Our orders typically ship within 5-7 business days. Once our shipping department has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
CAN YOU SHIP TO A PO BOX?
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to a PO Box.
MY VINTAGE AND COLLECTABLE ITEM DOESN’T LOOK LIKE IT DID IN THE PICTURE, WHAT NOW?
Please read the product descriptions carefully before committing to your purchase. Items are similar to products photographed, but are not necessarily going to look identical to the picture based on lighting, and environment. Keep in mind that each item on our vintage and found collection is completely unique and pre-owned. The wear and tear on each tee will evolve as you wear, live with it and love it. We do our absolute best to provide you with a fair and accurate description but know that Monako Davis garments will look like worn, vintage pieces when they arrive, as they are!

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY VINTAGE APPARELL?
Be sure to always wash it inside out in cold water on the delicate cycle, preferably not at a laundromat! Warm and hot cycles will fade and shrink your shirt, and the dryer does even more damage. We recommend that you always hang-dry your shirt, and be sure to insert the hanger through the bottom so that you don't stretch out the collar. The less you wash your shirt, the longer it will last in its current condition.
